Our Association: 

Our chapter of CUEBC is the first of its LSA kind in the Comox Valley.  We aspire to be inclusive, inviting all School District staff to participate as equal partners. We welcome and invite you to be a part of our group, to contribute and benefit from membership.  

Our objective is to build CUEBC into a vibrant, collegial, and purposeful organization.

The constitutional objectives of CUEBC are: 

1. To promote and advance the integration of information technology education throughout the district.

2. To act as a clearinghouse for ideas and a source of trends and new developments.

3. To furnish recommendations and advice to the teachers’ union local and to the Provincial Specialist Association on matters affecting information technology education and teachers.

4. To encourage on-going dialogue and the sharing of knowledge and skills among members and other related professionals.

Our plan is to provide regular professional development activities that meet the needs of the membership. 

This year we are looking forward to exciting professional development events, guided by our membership's feedback. 

We will endeavour to be as mindful of the environment as possible and keep our paper and plastic use to a minimum.
